Our Services: Limited Scope Legal Paperwork Drafting in Missouri

In lieu of representing you in court in Missouri, we will put together a personalized packet of necessary documents for you to file your case on your own. If you have a court case, it is always in your best interest to retain an attorney to act on your own behalf.  Attorneys are well educated, intelligent, talented, and good at what they do . . . and attorneys are expensive. Lots of people find themselves needing access to the justice system for one reason or another. Not everyone can afford an attorney. Let us prepare your documents, so you can move forward with your court case.

Solutions for Your Needs

We use real attorneys, human beings, not a computer program, licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri. These products are only applicable to cases to be filed in the State of Missouri. We will prepare your documents for you, personalized based off the information you provide to us. You will receive all of the documents necessary for you to file your case, and an instructions letter to go along with it. From there, you’re on your own. We will not be representing you in court. But you can walk your case confidently into the courthouse, knowing that you have what you need to file your case.

How this works

When you select to order our services, you will be taken to a link to provide us with some general information like your name, email address and contact information. This entire process will be conducted online, so you must have a functional email address. You will then receive a follow-up email through the Lawyer 4 Me via Clio with a Letter of Understanding you must electronically sign, and a link for payment. Once those steps have been completed, you will receive a follow-up email with a link to one very long form asking for all the details about your case. All of your personal information will be stored on Clio. Information about Clio’s privacy protection and storage security can be found on Clio.com. Allow yourself a couple hours to fill out the long form. If you close it, you will have to start over. Be thorough. We will prepare your documents based on your answers. If you don’t give us information, that may result in some portions being incomplete, or not articulating your desired result. We may or may not need to reach out to you for additional information, but don’t anticipate hearing from us until we send you your documents.  If you need a consultation coordinated with this process, you can purchase that if you wish.  You will receive electronic copies of your documents in the timeframe you select.  Paper copies may be purchased for an additional fee. Based on the package you purchase, you will have a window of time to request a redraft for typos or possibly content. You will also receive a letter with filing instructions. Then our involvement will cease, and you will be ready to file your case on your own!
